National High-Tech Enterprise
National-level recognition of our core molded pulp process and mold R&D capability.
Founded in 2017 with RMB 50 million registered capital and supported by the government, we are a low-carbon eco packaging company integrating science, industry and trade, research and application.
We manufacture molded pulp products across many categories. Raw materials are abundant, production is pollution-free, and the products are low-cost, lightweight, strong, with excellent moldability and shock absorption — reusable and fully recyclable.
From Science & Technology SME to National High-Tech Enterprise, every recognition comes from continuous investment in process and equipment.
National-level recognition of our core molded pulp process and mold R&D capability.
Ongoing in-house R&D of biodegradable molded pulp products and processes.
Deep expertise in the biodegradable molded pulp niche — specialized, refined and distinctive.
Innovation-driven product iteration across food service, industrial cushioning and agricultural packaging.
Paper instead of plastic — biodegradable, recyclable products certified for green promotion.
The highest quality-credit rating, with full-process quality control from raw material to finished goods.
From a single egg tray to a multi-category, multi-size, tooling-capable molded pulp manufacturer — we keep expanding molds and product lines around real packaging scenarios.
Started with egg trays, building the foundations of molded pulp process and mold development.
Molds from 4 to 30 cells and egg cartons progressively completed; common sizes held in stock for direct ordering.
Wine shippers, drink carriers, milk trays, coffee carriers and fruit trays developed in sequence, covering food and beverage cushioning.
Dedicated pulp inserts for small appliances, hardware & electronics, lighting, electrical components and food trays — replacing foam and plastic.
Riding the paper-replaces-plastic trend, we provide sustainable alternatives with stable volume production and on-time delivery.
Exporting to the USA, South Korea, Southeast Asia and more — earning long-term trust through stable quality and delivery.
Slurry ratio, drying temperature and mold precision directly determine compression strength and weather performance.
Waste paper is broken down in water, screened for impurities, and adjusted to the right fiber concentration.
Molds vacuum-form the slurry to replicate the cell structure, creating the wet blank that defines product contours.
Water is removed and the shape set, with moisture content controlled for strength and stability.
Edges trimmed, appearance and dimensions inspected batch by batch, then stacked and packed by spec.
In-house forming and drying equipment, self-owned molds, and scheduling for common sizes — shorter waits for clients.
We control moisture content and compression strength: too much moisture invites mold and softening; insufficient strength causes stacking deformation.
Stacked by spec, shrink-wrapped or bagged for easy container loading, reducing transit deformation and breakage.
Built on plant fiber, molded pulp relies on recycled fiber for resource circularity. After use it can be recycled like ordinary paper, and degrades naturally when discarded — the mainstream replacement for foam and plastic in the age of plastic restrictions.
